2-1/2" x 1" x 1", 12-gauge galvanized steel frames with bolted cross
braces with hook and rod couplers. Spring-loaded 1/4" dia. cold drawn
steel shafts. SPECIFY SECTION SIZE: A - 10' section, B - 5' section, C

| Flexible, portable,
expandable conveyor systems are ideal for all types of shipping and
receiving operations. Systems set-up fast when needed and fold-away
when not in use. All units bend around a 21" radius. Conveyors roll on
5" swivel antistatic rubber casters with foot brakes. High tensile,
galvanized steel tie rods. There is a 4' space between each leg and
5-1/4" center to center of each axle when fully extended. Ideal for UPS
and packaging lines. Supports up to 175 lbs. per ft. Legs have single
cross brace with 2-point, 11-ga. connection. Side links are 11-ga. zinc
plated steel. Height adjusts from 28"–44". 6–9 skatewheels per axle.
SPECIFY SELF-TRACKING SKATE WEELS: A - Red nylon with celcon bushings
for general applications and low-to-moderate volume, B - Black polymer
with moisture-resistant ball bearings for light to medium weight
packages and ideal for long run applications, C - Steel with ball

applications such as staging fully loaded pallets in shipping
departments and assembly areas or as infeed or discharge ends of weight
scales and stretch wrap machines. Moving fully loaded pallets is easy
when you use these large conveyors. 2" dia., 49-1/2" 12-ga.
spring-loaded rollers run on 3" centers and are set low on 7/16" hex
axles. 52"W overall, 50" wide between rails. All-welded, 3-1/2" x 1",
1" thick 10-ga. channel steel frame with butt couplers. 300-lb.
capacity per roller, 3,500-lb. fully supported frame capacity on the
floor. If H-stands are needed, 5' centers are mandatory, call for
information. Ships knocked down. |
